We played the 2nd best team in the league today. 8 kids on the roster. 5 showed up. In flag football, that’s exactly how many play on the field. No subs. No breaks. No water for two straight halves in the Vegas sun. Same thing happened last week. It’s beyond frustrating as a coach when parents pull this kind of stuff. You commit to a team… you show up. But today reminded me why I keep coming back every season. Our QB didn’t show (again). “Ashton, you’re playing quarterback again” I told him. He played his heart out. And tossed 2 touchdown passes. We lost 22-14. But I swear I said “I’m so proud of you!” about 18 times on the drive home. Watching him out there reminded me of something… Most people wait to feel ready before stepping up. The winners step up before they’re ready. The same applies to entrepreneurship. You don’t wait for the “perfect offer” or the “right time.” (neither are real) You grab the ball, TRUST YOURSELF, and give it your all. You’ll never feel ready. You just decide it’s time. Watch how fast everything changes when you take that approach. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner,
