92.3% of your business problems come from this one thing…

I had 2 conversations with customers on IG this morning.

They both DM’d me.

One was struggling with sales.

The other was struggling with audience growth.

On the outside, it appears to be 2 different problems, right?

The solution (for both)?

Their messaging.

I’d guesstimate that 92.3% of people’s problems comes down to messaging.

Reminder:

Messaging > Everything else you do in business.

It’s the biggest “needle mover” when growing a personal brand online.

Your offer is important, but messaging is above your offer.

Here’s the homework assignment I gave both of them:

  • Write out 10 SPECIFIC problems your audience has
  • Write out 10 SPECIFIC desires your audience has

Talk about those 20 things for the next 30 days.

The topics that resonate, quadruple down on them.

It doesn’t take long to uncover 2-3 problems and desires that your audience wants.

Then talk about those 2-3 things OFTEN.

Here’s the hardest part:

You have to get comfortable sounding like a broken record, because you’re talking about the same thing over and over and over.

You’ll feel repetitive.

You’ll think to yourself, “I just talked about this

Get used to it.

Once you get over that hurdle, your messaging becomes congruent.

Congruence = Trust.

EXAMPLE:

One of the biggest problems my audience has is lack of consistent sales. I had 2 conversations about it today.

I created a Reel, IG Story and now this email with a solution to that problem.

I’ve shared this “homework assignment” many times over the last 6 months.

This leads to authority and trust with your people.

Authority & trust = Sales.

Don’t make it any harder than that.

This is step #1 to dialing in your message that leads to wallets and purses opening up multiple times/day.
