I graduated high school 25 years ago. They’re having a reunion next weekend. Someone started a Facebook group to coordinate everything. People are posting old photos, stories, and screenshots of our yearbook pages. And that’s when I stumbled on my “20-Year Prediction.” They clearly had very high hopes for me 😜 No, I didn’t marry a supermodel, yet. And I don’t wrestle grown men in spandex (not on weekdays, anyway). But the “basement + PlayStation” vibe? Working in the dark. No plan. Just trying to “figure it out” one YouTube tutorial at a time. The amount of YouTube tutorials I watched on how to build a WordPress website was absurd. I bet 100s of videos. I self taught myself web design over the years. It took me years to realize this: No one’s handing you a championship belt for showing up. You earn it by taking action. By failing a fuck ton of times. By getting in the ring. Whatever your version of “the ring” looks like: Business, health, relationships, parenting, etc. You don’t win by waiting, wishing or watching. You win by showing and and DOING THE WORK! I have a t-shirt I wear often that reads: DO THE WORK. I created in 7-8 years ago. Those 3 words apply to every aspect of life, not just business. Here’s the truth… We’re all just trying to make our high school yearbook prediction proud…even if it looks nothing like what we imagined back then. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner,
