I spent most of the day (over) analyzing numbers for a funnel of mine.
Click. Refresh. Tinker. Clear cache. Cuss. Click some more. Curse a lot more. Bang hands on desk. Repeat.
The funnel was pumping out profits.
Then last Thursday….
Things fell off a cliff.
My average order value was about $51.
Since Thursday: $20.13.
Part of me believes it’s my website, yet I can’t find any issues.
Another part of me thinks it’s time to run some new ads, as I’ve been running ads to Reels I published in December.
Another part of me thinks this is God telling me it’s time to focus on the funnel I just hired a guy to build.
I haven’t figured out the issue, but share this for a reason…
It’s not all sunshine & rainbows.
I shared on IG yesterday about how people will slide in my DMs asking why I share the bad stuff.
“Aren’t you worried this will damage your brand?” They ask.
This is my brand.
I’ve built my brand around sharing the good AND the bad, the happy AND the sad.
People appreciate it.
It’s how I stand out like a fart in a library.
In fact, my buddy Pete commented on a post of mine this morning about it:
I don’t have it all figured out.
I will never have it all figured out.
I’m not much different than you.
Although, I’m probably more stubborn, neurotic, and OCD, than you.
And you probably don’t have an obsession with Oreo blizzards from Dairy Queen, bacon cheeseburgers, or Reese’s peanut butter eggs, like me.
Ok, you get the point.
I’m figuring it out as I go.
I’ve learned a lot.
And the more I learn, the more I realize I don’t know much.
I do things, and report back to you.
Nothing special, but that’s been my “strategy” for the last 10ish months.
It’s put $100,000+ in my piggybanks, so it’s been working for me.
I can’t see why it wouldn’t work for you.
YOU GOT THIS 🙌
In your corner,
Adam
