Your inner troll has a name now

A few weeks ago, I came up with a term for that voice in your head that keeps you playing small.

I call it “Bitch Brain.”

You know the one:

  • The voice that tells you you’re not ready.
  • That no one cares what you have to say.
  • That whispers, “Who are you to do that?”

It’s the mindset bullshit we all wrestle with:

  • Self-doubt
  • Overthinking
  • Lack of confidence
  • Fear of judgment or failure
  • Comparing ourselves to others

That voice?

It gets loudest right before you do something that actually matters.

Right before you post the story that might actually connect.

Right before you launch your first product.

Right before you finally hit “publish.”

“Bitch Brain” tries to keep you safe.

But safe doesn’t build freedom.

Safe keeps you stuck scrolling, overthinking, waiting for permission that’ll never come.

And yeah, I’m gonna keep saying “Bitch Brain.”

A lot.

Because if I say it enough, it stops being a random phrase…and starts being my phrase.

That’s how authority is built…through repetition and ownership.

You don’t need a fancy framework or viral moment

You just need a few sticky, unforgettable words that punch people in the gut when they hear them.

I have “Make More Offers”, “First Base Offers” “F.O.P.O.” and “M.O.M.” to name a few.

If you’re ready to finally tell your Bitch Brain to shut up and take action, the Digital Product Challenge will help you do it.

Launch your first (or next) digital product in 5 days, even if that inner voice is yelling “you’re not ready.”

I’ll become your first paying customer, too.

I’ve helped 136 launch their own offer.

Ready to be #137, Reader
