Confession timeβ¦
Iβve been cheating.
Not on Amanda. Not on taxes.
On the carnivore diet. (Again.)
Amanda ran to Target earlier to pick up the Easter candy.
I have not been able to keep my paws off (the candy, not her…ok both!)
Mini Twix & Reese’s eggs are nearly gone.
I’m just snacking away while I work at my desk.
I sense the Carnivore Gods are looking down on me…
“This guy’s go no self control”
“He ought to just wear a t-shirt to the pool this summer”
If youβve ever tried to eat clean while raising kids, managing ads, and surviving Las Vegas grocery store linesβ¦ you get it. Life throws curveballs. And sometimes, that curveball is dipped in chocolate and shaped like a bunny.
But hereβs the thing that hit me mid-bite of a mini Twix…
This whole βstarting overβ thing?
It doesnβt just apply to meat and macros.
Itβs everything.
Your diet.
Your content.
Your side hustle.
Your relationship with your kids/partner.
That old course you swore youβd finish three months ago.
We all fall off the wagon. Life gets busy. Momentum slips.
And then we beat ourselves up for falling behind One of my biggest downfalls, is how hard I am on myself).
We wait for βthe perfect Mondayβ to start again β one where the calendarβs clear, our motivation is high, and the stars align.
Hereβs the truth Iβve had to learn (the hard way, usually with chocolate still on my face):
You donβt need a clean slate.
You need a clean decision.
You can choose to start again any damn day of the week.
Yes, even on a random Tuesday.
Even if thereβs half a chocolate bunny still lurking in the pantry.
The βperfect timeβ is a myth we tell ourselves so we donβt have to feel bad for not starting.
So whether it’s a diet, a digital product, or just going on that walk you keep promising yourself…
You donβt need a new month.
You just need the next choice.
YOU GOT THIS π
In your corner,
Adam
