Scared to email more? Read this.

I’ve been on vacation for 4 days. I’ve sent my daily email every day this week. Why? It’s a habit of mine. I know the biggest fear from Creators when it comes to emailing their list… “If I send more emails, people will unsubscribe” And that’s true. Here’s my unsubscribes for this week: An average of 0.128%. A 12th of one percent. It’s minimal. If you do email right, people actually look forward to your emails. You don’t need to be clever. Or loud. Or perfect. You just need to tell stories,…

Built in 1905. Still standing.

I’m writing this from a little place called Happy’s. A small bar/restaurant tucked away in Western Montana. It’s been here since 1905. I asked the bartender what the secret was to staying open that long. He didn’t even pause: “People come here ‘cause they know what they’re gonna get.” No gimmicks. No fancy drinks. Just good food, cold beer, and a place to sit and shoot the shit with friends. There’s something powerful about that, isn’t there? In a world constantly chasing, “What’s next”…

231 straight days of sales

I haven’t had a $0 sales day since December 17th. 231 days. I don’t say that to brag. I say that because I remember when one sale a week felt like a win. I was hustling to post 2-3 times a day on social. If I missed a day, there was a 0.0% chance of making a sale. Now? Sales roll is ’round the clock. Sometimes when I’m sleeping, walking around Vegas in a weighted vest, or tubing in Western Montana. (Ashton & I had the time of our lives tubing yesterday) This ain’t magic. It’s a machine. It’s…

I walked 22 minutes to send this

I’m writing this email from a little bar/restaurant in Libby, Montana. It’s the only place within 30 minutes that has wi-fi. I have service at the cabin. Amanda does not. No wi-fi is a thing of beauty, until you need to check ad stats. So I walked 22 minutes to this little bar. Check FB ad for a funnel I launched on Thursday Answer some customer support stuff And of course, write this email…. Here’s the wild part… This “funnel” I launched last week. No upsells. Just a sales page built on…

Why I wrote this email last night…

As you read this, we’re somewhere in Western Montana. We might be chasing waterfalls. We might be swatting mosquitos. Possibly, both. I wrote this email last night from my office (spare bedroom) in Vegas, because I knew today was gonna be one of those “cram everything into a suitcase and pray the zippers hold” kind of days. Here’s the thing: I’m not good at much. But writing these daily-ish emails? It’s the one thing I refuse to miss. Not because some algorithm told me I’d get better…

I feared judgment… You gave me goosebumps instead

THANK YOU!!! You guys & gals blew me away yesterday! I had a goal of $1,000 in sales. We ended up with: I’m going to share some key insights, mistakes made & lessons learned: The sales breakdown per channel: 62.4% of sales came via email (sent 5 emails) 26.3% came from Threads (posted about it twice) 4.2% came from IG (posted 4-5 IG Stories) 2.8% came from YouTube (posted about it once) 1.4% from Facebook (posted about it once) I know 5 emails sound like a ton. And it is, in 24 hours….
