Are you tripping over dollars

A massive lesson from a multi-millionaire 20 something I learned that I want to share with you today.

Adam stopping by…

A couple of weeks ago, I told you how I took on a client.

I typically don’t work with clients, but this was a unique opportunity.

They book 35 – 50 appointments per day.

They have a sales team fielding calls 12 – 14 hours a day, six days a week.

The machine is moving.

And it’s spitting out a truckload of cash — roughly $500,000 per month.

It’s damn impressive, as he’s 23 or 24.

And launched this business about 18 months ago.

With this size operation, there are a lot of moving parts.

Moving parts = Inefficiencies

I knew I could peek my head behind the curtains and fine tune some things, for a quick boost in revenue.

He’s got a team of 13 people, including himself.

No, thank you.

I have no desire for anything remotely close to that.

A one-man band is what I’m building (with the help of a couple contractors).

He doesn’t have kids, so his cupeth is overfilled with ambition (good for him).

I noticed something else though…

He implements things immediately.

He takes FAST, IMPERFECT ACTION!

He was doing $100,000 per month with a free Calendly account and Zoom.

NOTHING else.

No website.

No funnel.

No Zapier.

No other CRM.

No email software.

You’d be surprised how many things I’ve come across that appear to be “incomplete” or “not ready” but they’re live. And they’re working just fine.

A lot of entrepreneurs trip over dollars to pick up pennies.

Meaning: they’re tripping over the important, to pick up the trivial.

Are you working on the revenue generating tasks in your business?

The ones that make your Stripe ping.

The ones that cause your bank teller to constantly ask, “Another deposit?”

Here are two tasks that’ll help stuff that piggy bank with more of the green stuff;

Create content – whether that’s on social media, a blog, podcast or YouTube channel. This could come in the form of your email newsletter, too.

Make offers – This is where you’re asking your audience to purchase a product or service from you. This could be done on the socials, email, DMs, phone calls, or a combination of all of them.

Most of the other shit doesn’t matter. It’s likely a form of mental masturbation. I’m guilty of it myself.

If you don’t have a product to sell, you’re in luck, Adam.

Earlier this week, I hosted a workshop: The 48 Hour eBook Challenge.

To motivate you to take massive action, I’ll do something that very few people would do…

I’ll personally BUY a copy of your ebook if you write it and publish it in 48 hours!.

Yes, I’ll be your FIRST customer.

I’ve scoured all four corners of the internet.

And I went deep in those corners.

I’ve yet to find an offer that will PAY YOU if you completed the challenge.

Like my 8-year-old daughter often says, “I think my Dad’s gone CrAzY”

Take the challenge today, Adam
