It was October of 2012, when I first dabbled with Facebook advertising.
It was 6+ months before I even made a penny.
Not a profit, but flat out revenue.
Back then, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.
Not much has changed.
In 2012, there were not nearly as many resources as there are now.
There are a plethora of YouTube videos, courses, Facebook groups, forums and books on the topic.
I speak with a lot of busienss owners, and one of the most common questions I get asked is this:
How do I create a Facebook ad?
Instead of showing them via Zoom, or recording a one-off video, like I have done in the past, I decided to make it easier on myself. To leverage the power of YouTube, and record a training on how to properly set up a Facebook advertising campaign.
One that I can share when asked this question.
One that others can watch, so they can get their ads up and running quickly.
This is an A-to-Z, step-by-step tutorial on Facebook advertising.
Here is just a glimpse into what I reveal in this video:
- How to create a Facebook ad campaign
- How to set up Facebook business page
- How to install the Facebook pixel on WordPress
- How to install the Facebook pixel on Shopify
- 3 sneaky Facebook advertising tips
- And much, much more
Please pay attention to the first 2 minutes of the video, as I share some secrets that most are not willing to share.
Truth be told, I am sick and tired of hearing people say, “Facebook advertising don’t work“.
Facebook ads DO work, and any busienss can benefit from them.
The thing is, most have unrealistic expectations. It’s more a mindset game than anything. As you’ll see in the video below, creating the ads is quite simple. It’s the mindset to deal with failure is what holds 94,7% of people back when advertising on Facebook.
Most think it’s some instant way to generate exposure, leads and sales.
It can be, but it takes time, patience and frequent trips to the liquor store.
My goal with this training was to make it shockingly simple.
A training where a brand spankin’ newbie could watch, and get an ad up and running within an hour.
